What do you get when you put a psycho and a pyromaniac together? That's right, Yoshida! 'Ol Maro has a piercing glare and you definitely wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of it. He's got the eyes of a killer but then again, maybe that's because he is one. ...It's wonderful! X.D He enjoys people's pain and suffering, and doesn't mind being the source of it.

Have I ever mentioned I like guys with swords? It always helps when they happen to be voiced by the bestestestest seiyuu ever. .^_~ Suwabe uses his usual deep, sexy voice for Maro. It seems he used a different tone of voice later near the end of the series, though. It wasn't as deep but I thought it fit the character a bit more. Yoshida could definitely be classified as a sadist. It's kind of scary, but in a good way. =.P
