This event commemorates the 5th year of Suwabe's mobile radio show, Denki Ningen El Paso. The guest this year Hatano Wataru, winner of this year's Best Male Rookie award at the Seiyuu Awards.
In order to participate, you must be a registered user of Mobile Bunka Housou and be able to get to the Bunka Housou building. To apply for the lottery (only 150 people will be admitted), you must fill out the request form on the designated Mobile Bunka Housou page. The deadline is August 13.
The event will be open at 14:30, start at 15:00, and plans to end at 16:30.
